Welcome to my website! 

I will join the Department of Decision Analytics and Operations at City University of Hong Kong as an Assistant Professor in August 2025!

I am now a final-year Ph.D. candidate in Operations Management and Statistics at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. I am fortunately advised by Prof. Ming Hu and Prof. Ningyuan Chen. Prior to my Ph.D., I received my bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 2019.

My research interests encompass data-driven operations aimed at addressing fundamental challenges across diverse fields, including resilient supply chain management and healthcare issues.

I am the co-founder of the Rotman OM&S Data Science Seminar series. I am also the current cohost of the Rotman Young Scholar Seminar series. If you are interested in joining one of the seminar series, feel free to contact me!
